dense foods

WELLNESS CHECKPOINT!
DON’T LET SLEEP TAKE A BACK SEAT
DURING MIDTERMS
Midterms can mean late nights and added
stress, but sacrificing your sleep can make it
more difficult to manage your workload and
mental health. Getting enough quality sleep
can improve mood, reduce stress, and
support the attention and memory you need
during exams.
Here are some tips to consider...
Aim for 7+ hours of sleep each night
Keep a consistent sleep schedule
Keep daytime naps brief (20–30 min)
Avoid caffeine later in the day
Stay active to help yourself fall asleep more
easily at night
Give yourslef time to wind down before
sleeping
REMEMBER... SLEEP IS PART OF THE STUDY PLAN TOO!
